CARE INSTRUCTIONS & PRODUCT CARE POLICY

This Care Instructions & Product Care Policy applies to all products sold by Sheda Garments Trading LLC, including swimwear, resort wear, and accessories. Proper care is essential to preserve the quality, fit, color, appearance, and lifespan of each product.
General Care
All Sheda Garments Trading LLC products should be handled with care.
Exposure to salt water, chlorinated water, sunlight, heat, humidity, body oils, cosmetics, sunscreen, self-tanning products, friction, and improper washing or storage may affect the appearance and longevity of a product over time.
Natural wear, softening of fabrics, minor color variation, and changes resulting from normal use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Swimwear Care
• Hand wash only in cold water using a mild detergent
• Rinse immediately after use
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron
• Do not wring or twist
• Dry flat or hang to dry in the shade
Repeated exposure to salt water, chlorine, sunlight, heat, perspiration, and cosmetic products may cause fading, color variation, reduced elasticity, and fabric wear over time.
Surface Abrasion Warning
Swimwear fabrics may be damaged by rough or abrasive surfaces, including pool edges, concrete, rocks, textured tiles, stone seating, and similar materials.
Pilling, snags, pulled threads, thinning of fabric, or damage caused by friction are not considered manufacturing defects.
Sunscreen and Cosmetic Products
Sunscreens, tanning products, body oils, lotions, cosmetics, self-tanning products, and skincare products may cause staining or discoloration of fabrics.
Such staining or discoloration is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Colour Transfer
Dark, bright, or highly saturated colors may transfer onto lighter fabrics, towels, upholstery, or garments when wet.
This is a known characteristic of certain dyed fabrics and is not considered a defect.
Cotton, Linen and Viscose Resort Wear
• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C
• Use mild detergent only
• Wash with similar colors
• Do not bleach
• Air dry away from direct sunlight
• Iron on low heat if necessary
Natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and viscose may soften, relax, crease, or show slight texture variations over time.
Raffia Hats and Bags
• Do not wash
• Keep away from water and excessive moisture
• Clean with a soft dry cloth only
• Store in a dry, ventilated place
Natural variations in raffia color, texture, and weave are not considered defects.
Additional Use Guidelines
• Avoid prolonged contact with oils, sunscreen, cosmetics, perfume, and self-tanning products
• Avoid rough surfaces and excessive friction
• Avoid overstretching garments
• Avoid storing products while damp
• Avoid prolonged exposure to hot tubs, spa pools, saunas, thermal baths, and highly chlorinated environments
Product Performance and Colour
Minor fading, color variation, and normal wear resulting from regular use are not considered defects.
Assessment of Claims
Sheda Garments Trading LLC may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or additional information necessary to evaluate a claim.
Claims relating to normal wear, fading, staining, environmental exposure, improper care, or misuse may be declined.
